True Brothers Production s.r.o., Company ID (IČ): 04974565, with its registered office at Neklanova 112/9, Vyšehrad, 128 00 Prague 2, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file No. C 255752 (the "Seller"), hereby informs its customers — who are data subjects under personal data protection legislation — about the processing of their Personal Data, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. As the personal data controller, the Seller sets out the rules relating to the protection of personal data. In connection with the conclusion of a contract (the "Contract") between the Seller and another natural or legal person (the "Buyer") by means of distance communication — specifically on the Seller's platform operated on the website https://www.neptunhouseboat.cz, via the web interface for the purpose of purchasing the goods and services offered — personal data (the "Personal Data") is processed. The data is processed under the same conditions where the Contract is concluded by agreement via email communication based on the Buyer's enquiry, or by agreement arranged on the basis of the Buyer's enquiry through the web form or via the multiplatform application WhatsApp Messenger.

- pursuit of the Seller's legitimate interests, such as retaining personal data for potential claims by the Seller or the Buyer in connection with the concluded purchase contract, keeping statistical overviews and an internal database for marketing and related analytical-marketing purposes — consisting of collecting information about orders placed and customer preferences and evaluating them for subsequent marketing, remarketing or related measures, such as reaching out and sending commercial and advertising communications.
Scope of personal data processing
When cooperating on the basis of a Contract concluded through an Order on the website https://www.neptunhouseboat.cz, we process the following Personal Data that you have provided about yourself:
- first name and surname, including any titles;
- billing or delivery address, permanent residence address and, where applicable, the address of your residence or another place where you stay;
- billing or delivery address, permanent residence address and, where applicable, the address of your residence or another place where you stay;
- in the case of cashless payment for the goods, bank account identification or similar payment details;
- information you provide about yourself when communicating with the advice service listed on the website.
We process your above personal data to the extent necessary for the following purposes.
The Buyer may, at any time and free of charge, refuse to receive commercial communications (the newsletter) via the link in the commercial communication or by sending a request to the contact stated in each commercial communication.
The Seller may, to the extent necessary, pass the provided Personal Data to entities cooperating with the Controller in order to fulfil the above purposes of processing — such as providers of accounting, legal, specialist technical, payment, marketing or administrative services, as well as carriers of the goods and public authorities, where required by a valid and effective legal regulation or an enforceable decision or other administrative act of a public authority.
Duration of personal data processing
Personal data will be processed by the Seller for as long as it provides services to the Buyer or performs under the mutual contract, or for the period necessary to meet archiving obligations under applicable legislation, such as the Accounting Act, the Archiving and Records Act or the Value Added Tax Act.
The right of access to personal data, meaning the Buyer may at any time request confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed and, if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom it is disclosed, how long it will be processed, whether they have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or to object, where the personal data was obtained from, and whether automated decision-making — including any profiling — takes place based on the processing of personal data. The Buyer also has the right to obtain a copy of their personal data; the first copy is free of charge, while a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs may be charged for any further copies.
In the event of unlawful processing of their personal data, the Buyer is entitled to lodge a complaint against such conduct with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) or another competent public authority. You may also raise an objection to the Seller against the processing of personal data under Article 21 of the GDPR.
